What problem are you facing?

When creating a new entity to register access to data elements some fields should be completed only by the owners of the entity. So some fields should only be editable by a specific user/group.

What impact does this problem have on you/your business?

Final users approve or reject their own request if we allow them to fill that field (I know the approver could accept or reject the change but is not a clean solution)

Do you have any existing workarounds? If so, please describe those.

Let the approver modify it manually, hoping the final user wont change it again.

Do you have any suggestions to solve the problem? Feel free to add images if this helps.

When creating fields when editing enable available users to edit the field. This could work for any entity.
