Experian Aperture Data Studio Report View
Hello. new to the tools trying to figure things out. Making progress, I've created several workflows successfully, and created datasets using snapshot, and used those datasets in other workflows and views.
My question concerns Report View In Workflows. I've found very little documentation on this. I added a Report to the end of a workflow and I can Click show report to see the report. but to me it doesn't look significantly different than a snapshot or export or showing step results.
What exactly are these reports for? How do you use them, can they be shared internally, or externally? is there more documentation you can refer me to that I have missed when searching?

Hello, the Report workflow step can be useful to compare two data tables side by side (or above below) for any users collaborating on the same Workflow. To share a collection of data and related charts with other Aperture users you want to build out a Dashboard:
Dashboards can be seen by any users including Consumer (read-only) users with access to the Aperture Space and should load instantly since the data has already been generated and stored as a snapshot. It is possible to share a Report with all users, but not recommended as it could take time to load depending on the size of data and complexity of the Workflow.
