Where do I find the find duplicates rule builder?

Just updated to the latest version available and it indicates that the find duplicates rule builder should be new functionality. Perhaps I am blind? Could someone direct me to where this new functionality resides!?

    Hi mpclark
    There are 2 places where you can find it:

    1. Step settings/Find duplicate settings/Create new step settings and you'll see the Launch wizard button at the bottom of that page.

    2. Duplicate Stores/Create new Duplicate store and here the Launch Wizard button is about halfway down the page.
