Unauthorized Error via API

Hello, we are attempting to set up the API connection for the first time but after copying and pasting the newly created API Key with permissions to everything selected, there is an 401unauthorized message for everything, where the TenancyID.

What could be the cause for this?

Most likely you have not included the Environment label <space character> before your API key. "The default Environment's external label will be Default"

"Note that many operations have a {tenancyId} parameter, which must be supplied but currently has no impact (it is included so we can ensure backwards compatibility in the future). We recommend that integrators use “default” for this parameter."
