'Batch' is an alternative name for Address Validation and the data you are using to validate your addresses, say GBR, has expired. "Experian Batch reference data files have a built-in expiry date. You will have to keep your data updated on a regular basis for address validation to continue to work."
You can set this up to automatically download and apply the latest address files:
