Find Duplicate Step's result is not showing up

In the Find Duplicate Step, after configuring input data set, duplicate store as Temporary Store and Step Setting, the link for "Show Step result" is disabled as well as the exclamation mark at the top right corner of the step is showing "Coudn't reach Find Duplicate server"

    Hi, there could be a number of reason why the message is displayed. Best way to find out is to go Settings -> Workflow Steps -> Find Duplicates. Check that the connection details are correct and that Test Connection works. Also check that Find Duplicate service is running. There should be more information in the logs once you've tested the connection. Please give it a go and let us know if this helps.
