Validation - order of rules

Is it possible to arrange the sort order of rules (possibly by manipulating the Order number within a Validate step)?

    Hi Nigel

    If you click 'Edit script' then you can copy/paste to quickly re-order the rules (can also rename, edit description text and move between groups if required):
