Is anyone connecting Aperture to an Oracle 10G database please

I am looking to connect Aperture to a number of Oracle 10G databases and a number of rather old SQL Server databases. Has anyone tried this, either with the Experian JDBC drivers or with 3rd Party ones please?

    Data Studio's packaged JDBC drivers come from Progress DataDirect, and you can find version support info on the Progress website.

    The Oracle driver supports all Oracle versions 8i, 9i, 10g, 11g, 12c, 18c, while the MS SQL Server driver looks like it supports anything from Microsoft SQL Server 2005 upwards.

    I've used earlier versions of the Oracle driver with 10g successfully, and recently connected the SQL Server driver to SQL Server 2008, so hopefully you won't run into any problems.

    As you say, the 3rd party drivers offer an alternative if needed. More on the supported drivers and connection config in the "Configure External Systems" page on the docs site.
