Salesforce - User connection properties

Hi all,
If we add a new column to a Salesforce table and refresh the data, it doesn't bring the ones that are recently added. To be able to get the latest schema of the tables, we can add a connection property:
Are there any other properties that are useful while creating the Salesforce External system connection?
