2020 Global data management research

Experian recently released its annual global data management benchmark report. This year we surveyed over 1,100 data practitioners and business leaders globally to review data quality and data management trends. We tried to understand if organizations are indeed data-driven and found that most still have a long journey ahead of them. A focus on three main challenges emerged:

·      Shortage of trusted data and meaningful insights

·      Data debt dragging down ROI of key initiatives

·      Lack of data literacy and data skills across the organization
