Having problems with connecting to a new instance of D365

Have set up a new connection to a different D365 instance in the same environment and getting the following error Caused by: com.experian.aperturedatastudio.jdbc.dynamics365.phoenix.sql.ae: The specified session options do not match the options used to initially create the schema map. Either change the option values or specify a new schema map: Only thing different is a slightly different URL - same ID, same secret.

Searched the 'error' and it is expected behavior. Microsoft Dynamics 365 does not support any connection parameter that allows schema files to be refreshed from one server to another without using CreateMap=ForceNew

jdbc:datadirect:dynamics365://<host>;CreateMap=ForceNew;...

Reconnect so the driver rebuilds the schema map using the current options. You may switch back to your normal CreateMap setting if needed.

Hi Josh - Long time no speak - good to hear from you.

Just so I understand - where to I need to update the CreateMap=ForceNew? Do I have to create a custom connection string, or is this updated via connection properties??

Yes i would edit the connection string as a custom string. Once connected successfully you should be able to revert the change
