Getting error when trying to install Experian Aperture Data Studio 2.12.6 Setup.exe on Windows

Hi Team,

We are getting below error when trying to install software on Windows 2016 server. Do we need internet access on server in order to install the exe? Any help is much appriciated.
Current Error: Error statements are as given below:

SmartScreen can't be reached right now
Check your Internet connection. Microsoft Defender SmartScreen is unreachable and can't help you decide if this app is ok to run.
Publisher: Experian LTD
File Type: exe
App: Experian Aperture Data Studio 2.12.6 Setup.exe

    Hello

    1. that error is not coming from Aperture it is the Microsoft Windows application Defender that is showing the message. Speak to your IT admin or "check your internet connection, turn off any VPN, or toggle SmartScreen off/on in Windows Security" 
    2. that version of Aperture is over 2.5 years old we would strongly recommend you upgrade to a more recent version for security updates, bug fixes and newly added functionality. Reach out to your Experian contact or our Support team if you need assistance with your upgrade or a new cloud license token
