Whatsapp Validation as replacement for Email validation
What problem are you facing?
An Indonesian based financial services company is looking to replace Experian's Mobile Validation with Whatsapp Validation as Whatsapp validation is the main method of communication there as its cheaper than calling or texting mobile numbers. Curious to know if this has been requested by other customers in the ANZ region?
