Route to live process & environments
Hi,
I want to get a route to live process in place whereby only things which have been peer reviewed and signed off are promoted to live, and any other work just stays in the test environment. We already have 2 environments set up (default and test). The test environment isn't really used, so would be an ideal blank canvas to use as our 'live' environment.
Since our default environment is now a bit of a mess. Is there any reason why I wouldn't be able to swap the environments, so our test environment because live and vice versa? Just want to check if there's anything technically which I would need to be mindful of before doing the switch.
Thanks!

All Environments are the same, there is nothing particularly special about the default Environment with id 1, only that it is the first one created. You can rename 'default' to 'old do not use' or even delete it completely once you are finished with it.
Since your users were probably created in the default Environment, their personal Spaces will be in Environment 1 (until they are given access to another Environment), so be mindful to give any users a role in the Environment you are using moving forward.
