Update Issues once Resolved?

Hi, is it possible to update an issue once it has moved to 'Resolved'? For example, a set of data gets manually updated, and after resolution we want to reflect that via the 'External ID' (e.g. a ticket number).

    Hi James,

    Unfortunately, once an issue has been resolved, you can only manually update the Comments field. Would like to understand more on your use case for this. Can you please share more?

  • Thanks - it's nothing much different from above. The records were fixed and the validation was run before the external ID was assigned. Probably in future, need to update the external IDs etc .prior to any work happening (fixing/remeasuring).
