Unable to restart the Aperture services

Hi team,

Suddenly the aperture data studio application is connecting. We tried to restart the services and the services are still stopping .we are unable to restart the services.

Can you please help us to resolve this issue ASAP .

    I have tried to stop the services from services.But still its keep on stopping.

    Hi Uma,

    I suggest right-clicking on the service in the properties menu, then selecting ‘Stop’ and ‘Start’—this often resolves the issue. Alternatively, you can force stop the service from the Task Manager.

    If neither of these solutions work, do you see any error messages in the logs?
