Network error

I am trying to create a development environment to test some changes but when I try to import anything to it, gives me this network error message.

Any ideas on what the problem is? I am connected with the VPN, already checked that!

    When we see this, it appears to be caused by data loss protection software (DLP) running in the background, and preventing what it thinks is sensitive data from being transferred. In my case it was endpoint DLP software, and the failed upload was only intermittent, so I could retry a couple of times and it would usually work.

    If you able to move the file to the server's upload directly in a different way that would also allow it to be loaded.
