Different date formats not being recognized as a date

What problem are you facing?

Because the data is coming from many different sources the dates have different formats and when they are mixed up in one input it gets difficult to put them in the same format as they are not recognized as date datatype, so I would love to be able to just use the format date function and fix all the dates from different formats in one go.

What impact does this problem have on you/your business?

I found a way around but if something new comes up I will need to add that to my solution so it's not definite.

Do you have any existing workarounds? If so, please describe those.

Yes, I came up with a complex function to get all the dates in the same format first so then I could use the date format function on them, but if something different comes I will need to add this change to the function so is a non stop worrying thing.

Do you have any suggestions to solve the problem? Feel free to add images if this helps.

Yes, Include all the possible date formats so they can get recognized as a date so I can easily put them on the same format once they are in the system
