Problem updating Server Certificate

Our tech team previously applied a cert to the server a couple of weeks ago, now we are looking to upload the Server Certificate but have come across a problem in uploading:

We used the same cert file due the documentation stating:

For certificate files which include both certificate and private key, such as .pfx, the same file should be used for both the Key file and Certificate file.

What should our tech team be looking for when attempting to resolve this? Thanks!

Hello, this looks correct. Please try entering the passphrase again to ensure it was typed/copied correctly.

If this shows the same error then check the log file to see if there is more detailed information

Thanks, copying and pasting the passphrase causes issues apparently and manually typing it in solved the issue.
