I tried to add the dataset from external system but when I press the next button it goes to a place where there is a lot of datasets instead the one I was expecting. Let me know if you can help

Hello, not entirely sure I understand the question, feel free to reply with additional details.

I think you clicked Add Dataset and selected an existing External dataset that has been set up. The next screen lists all of the files that exist, but not the one(s) you were expecting to see?

If that is the case then it is likely the External system has set a path to a specific folder/sub-folder (this might've been done for security etc.). To access a different folder you might need a second External system set up.

Ahh ok, that makes sense, how can I change the space I receive this file?

Datasets 'belong' to the Space they were created in an cannot be moved or shared. Two options

    1. re-create the Dataset in another Space where you need it
    2. (right-click on the Dataset) create a View on top, Publish the View and share it to the Space(s) that should have access to the data: https://docs.experianaperture.io/data-quality/hosted-aperture-data-studio/data-studio-objects/views/

Yeah, I have done that with the Views and it works but at the moment I am trying to set up an automation, so how do I move the data in different spaces in a automated way?
