We have renewed the SSL certificates for the aperture data studio servers successfully and we have tested the same. We have created the .pfx file and applied the certificate in find duplicate server as  well.

But when we tried to test the find duplicate through settings—>communications—>workflows, we are getting the below error. So could you please help us to resolve the find duplicate testing issue

  • I'm guessing you followed the steps in this documentation to add the SSL cert: https://docs.experianaperture.io/data-quality/aperture-data-studio-v2/2.9.0/find-duplicates-step/installing-a-separate-instance/#customize-your-find-duplicates-service-configuration_encryptingtheconnection

Can you confirm if the final test step in those instructions was successful? "Test the connection by browsing to https://localhost:{port}/swagger-ui/index.html using the port number configured above."

I think the error is displaying because the Swagger UI does not support Internet Explorer. Nevertheless we can see that the Find Duplicates server is serving the page on 8443 locally.

Things I would look to confirm would be that the port 8443 is open between the Aperture server and Find Dupes server, and then to check if the same Swagger UI page is accessible from the Aperture server (https://<Find Dupes Server Host Name:8443/swagger-ui/index.html)

    Hi henry,

We can connect the swagger UI page in find duplicate serevr without any issues.ALso we have applied the certifications for this find duplicate serevr. But still its showing as unlicensed under license information.

So to confirm the current issue you see:

    1. When you click the "Test connection" button in Settings > Workflow steps > Find duplicates, the error displayed is "License not found"?
    2. Connecting to the Find duplicates swagger UI and running the /match/system endpoint also returns "isLicensed":"false"?

    Is that correct?
