Managing Data Quality issues using Issue lists

Issue lists allows Users in the same Space (including read-only Consumer users) to capture problematic records, allocate owners and collaborate on a resolution. Once a data issue has been ‘fixed’ in the source system, the Workflow will automatically set the Issue to the ‘Resolved’ status.

This feature was enhanced further by adding an Update Issue lists​ Workflow step in v2.14 (May 2024) which allows you to make changes to issues lists, such as assigning issues to different owners or updating the statuses in bulk. This step works differently to the existing ‘Track issues’ step only updating issues that are in the input; missing issues will not be automatically Resolved.
