third party data for use with Facebook ads

Seeking a solution where I can build simple audiences – age 50+, US residents, household income $55000+, living in specific zip codes. Once I build that audience, I need it delivered to my Facebook campaign for targeting within 8 hours (I am happy to upload these audiences to Facebook manually but if this can be automated, that is better).  I need to update the zip codes of that audience every 3-4 days.  Because Facebook’s zip code targeting is inaccurate, I seek a solution where I can build audiences outside of Facebook and have that audience used in my Facebook campaigns.
