Email notification for job failure and success

Hi Team,

We need to set up batch alerting for both failure and success for the below email addresses on the CAIS production environment. But the jobs are not yet placed in the environment.

Could you please help us to set up the email notification for both job failure and success.

Hi Uma,

To accomplish this, navigate to Settings > Communication and enable the SMTP Email Protocol property.

Then create an automation and complete the information. Select the Enabled checkbox and select an event e.g. Workflow failed

Select the Filter icon to add a filter and select a workflow.

Select send email, in Action, and complete the relevant fields.
