Apply Filter memory functionality to Custom Events screen

In the Workflows, Datasets and Automations screens, users can use the Search box to filter and find the item they are looking for. When users have edited that item and closed it, the screen remembers the filter that was previously applied. This doesn't happen in the Custom Events screen - the filter is lost and the view returns to page 1. It would be great if this screen could have the same "memory" functionality as the other screens.
