Avoiding the same data being loaded into multiple Spaces

Sometimes users might be unaware that the data they are about to load already exists in a different Space. Rather than sharing it as a View we end up with multiple versions of the same data making it difficult to know which is the correct version to use.

One idea is an administrator dashboard that can list what data is already available in Data Studio and who has access.
