Harmonizing of addresses
Hi there, I would like to understand better about the harmonizing of addresses. If I choose the best complete option as a priority, this will mix up different addresses? I have a case where an address in London was chosen but it added Oxford as this was in a extra column for an older address.
Have you had this problem before? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
TIA
Mariana

Yes that looks the correct place. You already clicked New Group to select those columns (unsure that makes sense if those columns are not a logical group, but it might be) and can click New Group again at the bottom of that screen/modal if you want to create another group, so Invoice address group1 and Billing address group2, etc.

Hi Mariana
"you wouldn't want to use Address Line 1 column from one record and Address Line 2 from another as they could represent two entirely separate addresses. Instead, you'd group all the address columns together and apply business rules to the group in order to find the best overall address."

Is this on the harmonize step? Like applying different rules to specific columns?
