Has anyone noticed varying results checking domain validity of same email list a day or 2 later?

Just confirming you are using the Validate email Workflow step with 'Domain level' selected and you are submitting the same emails a few days later and seeing a different results.
Can you please share some examples? (not names / identifiers)
I assume the DNS setting has not been amended. Also "Domain level validation results are cached with results refreshed every 30 days", I do not think this is the answer, but note this is configurable

Your assumptions correct.
DNS Server has had to be changed from the default, but not changed recently.
How can we pick up the conversation on this - directly or through support routes?
Examples of domains vary, its not the first time I've seen it. Failures have decreased by 50% but can still see some domains that should be active including gmail.co.uk and principality.co.ukand on re-running, showing btconnect.com and live.com as Failed

Just checking fails means fails not False which has multiple reasons:

I am raising a ticket - but perhaps you can advise whether reducing cache to 30 days means results are more accurate but workflow will be less efficient?
