I cannot access any files I previously loaded through Data Explorer

Sometimes you will find that the view of files in the data explorer is out of sync with what is stored in the import folder. This can happen for a variety of reasons. You may have moved the location of the import folder or may have manually added or removed files from the import folder using a file system method rather than the UI of Data Studio.
Although your workflows may still work, the UI doesn't allow you to interactively open the file or access the file contents through the workflow design canvas.
An easy way to resynchronise the UI is to refresh the view of the import (MyFiles) folder as shown with a mouse click on the area above the search, you can also click on the hamburger ☰ icon and refresh from there.
