Can workflows be accessed/edited in another space once shared?

Hi all,

I've published a workflow in 'Your Space' and have set it to be shared with other selected spaces with the intention of exporting the data via OData Feed and into PowerBI ('Your Space' can't be updated to allow publishing to ODBC and OData). However, when trying to access the workflow from the new space it is greyed out and I can't open it.

Can anyone advise a workaround/correct way that (hopefully) doesn't involve recreating the workflow altogether in the new space?

Good news is that you do not need to recreate the Workflow from scratch.

Option 1) Create a Workflow in the shared space then Select, Copy and Paste the workflow steps from the existing workflow:

Option 2) Create an Export containing the Workflow plus any other related objects such as Functions and Import into the shared space: https://docs.experianaperture.io/data-quality/aperture-data-studio-v2/monitor-data-and-troubleshoot/migrate-metadata/

Found another post detailing the import/export function between spaces which has worked perfectly so this can be disregarded!
