ADS, not enough permissions for page.

user is admin to the workspace.
what could possibly be the reason for her not to see the dashboard in this workspace?

    Hi,

    So this admin user cannot see the dashboard? Does this affect a single widget or all widgets? Can other users view them?

    It is likely that the role is missing the required permissions to view the widget. Can you check the user's assigned roles, and then see what permissions that role has assigned in system→roles→manage permissions?

  • Hi Ian, we found out the issue.
    User was admin for the workspace, but still a Data Consumer on the Aperture Data Studio roles, so they needed a different link to the dashboard with consumer view.
    A link like, aperture.domain.eu/5/consumer serverd the pupose for the users who are data consumer.

    "It is likely that the role is missing the required permissions to view the widget." , that is correct.
