How to Cancel an Ongoing Dataset Refresh?

Hi,

We successfully triggered a data refresh on our dataset. However, we now need to stop or cancel the refresh in progress, but we’re unable to locate an option to do so.

Could someone please guide us on how to cancel an ongoing refresh?

    Hi @Sneha Muthukumar , is this a refresh from an External System?

    The challenge is that this will trigger a query or request that is run on the remote database, so it may be there that you need cancel it.
