Tagging as sensitive information

Hi All,

As I'm reviewing the space settings, I noticed there is a section called "Potentially Sensitive Information."

Could you please let me know how to tag specific columns in a dataset or view as sensitive data?
In some cases, we need to create restricted views, so it would be helpful to have a clear way to identify these columns and the related datasets/views.

Thanks in advance for your support!

Kind regards,

Vera

    Hello

Go to Datasets and select 'Annotate columns' for a specific Dataset [note this is also shown as one of the steps when adding a new Dataset]. You can add Data tags to columns automatically and/or manually (another option is to do this in bulk using API, but would require an upgrade to a recent version for this API functionality). Data tags that are 'sensitive' that are applied to columns will warn that the Dataset contains sensitive data.

    Hi Josh!

Great and I could also create a new tag and indicate as sensitive!

Can we extract somehow this information with API which dataset columns are tagged?

    Many thanks!
