Export issue - values not appearing

Hi All,

I’m wondering if this might be a known issue: I have a workflow using a re-usable workflow that includes a lookup to check whether certain records exist—so the result should be either true or false.

When I run the workflow manually, the true/false values appear correctly in the exported file. However, when the workflow is triggered via a notification (following the completion of another workflow), these values are missing from the export.

We’re currently using version 2.8.8.27.

Is there a workaround, or has it perhaps been fixed in a newer version?

    Hello Vera, I would definitely recommend upgrading to a newer version as 2.8.8 is more than 2.5 years old. There are numerous bug fixes and security updates that you will pick up with an upgrade:

    Note that notifications were rebranded 'Automations' in Oct 2022

    I could not find this specific issue, but will look again to see if it has been reported and fixed.
