Connecting to D365 with OAuth

Can someone tell me what the settings are for the below when accessing D365

Authentication parameters (OAuth)

Client ID - The client id for your application.
Client Secret - The client secret for your application.
Access Token - the value of the access token obtained from external sources.
Refresh Token - the value of the refresh token obtained from external sources.

"You have to create an "Application User" and register an app in Azure Active Directory. Please look in to the below link for detailed information."
