The administrator password needs to be reset and unfortunately the administrator is unable to access as password is not working.
How do you reset the administrator password?
It is a good practice to add one or two administrators to your environment as soon as you have a license, and NOT use the administrator superadmin userid to do any more than create users and environments. By assigning other users with administrator privilege for password resets etc.
That said, it is understandable that sometime with role changes etc passwords get lost etc. There is a password rest option and instructions for the superadmin but this option is only available for you to exercise through a support ticket. Please be sure to open one and the team will work on getting your problem resolved.
